The Value Of The Modular Industry Cluster Competitive Advantage And Its Network Integration

Taking the analyses of the industrial cluster competition as the breakthrough point, the author refreshed and reviewed the traditional industrial cluster theories, inducted the origin of the advantage and refreshed the development path of the industrial cluster. The author pointed out, the traditional advantage origins were natural endowment, scale economic, labor and creation. With the development of the web and the new economic, these advantages have lost the capability pushing the development of the industrial cluster in the knowledge economic time. There is much confusion which can not be explained by the theory during the course of the development, such as the paradox between the improvement of the element price and the industrial cluster. Based on many kinds of confusion, the author introduced the motorization as the productive method and organization method to industrial cluster, discussed the relationship between modulization and industrial cluster, and analyzed the effect of the modulization application. The author considered the modulization push the formation of modern industrial cluster, and it is the modulization cluster.Through the analysis of the origin of modulization cluster, the author discussed its competition from several aspects: creation efficiency, anti-risk capability, competition system and cluster treatment. The author considered modulization industrial cluster can not only develop the original advantage but also conquer the initial disadvantage through analysis of the succession and modification of modulization from traditional industrial cluster. It not only considered the supply of the market but satisfied the individual requirement of the consumer, which made the modulization cluster be adapt to the requirement of the new economic development, improve the competence.Based on the above discussion and the tendency of the global economic integration, this paper analyzed the future development of the modulization cluster from the global value chain dynamically, and considered the web of the modulization cluster would appear gradually. The author considered the web modulization cluster include the inter cluster web and intra cluster web. Horizontal modulization, vertical modulization and integrated modulization is the base of web. And the evolution of the value chain, value modulization and value galaxy is the path of the web. The practice sense of the web of modulization cluster is influential, which pushed the development and integration of the cluster.The purpose of this paper is to improve the competence of the industrial cluster of developing countries and take China as a good example. According to the status of Chinese industrial cluster, the author refreshed its characters and considered it still be in the primary phrase, which means small scale, unreasonable structure, low phrase of value chain. The author made a fringe judgment about the developing tendency of industrial cluster: the transfer from establishment to creation, from work-division to modulization, form static to dynamic, from forced attendance to active attendance. The modulization can change the role of the world factory: even it is the low phase of the value chain; advanced phase can be realized to improve the status in the global value chain and the competence of our industrial cluster. At the same time, the author considered the modulization is not almighty, and not for free. It has more limitation in several aspects,such as organization, creation, and cost.At last, there are still many shortcomings in my paper because of the personal limitation. For example, the analysis of the industrial cluster competence is only limited in the theory and the practice, the analysis of the cluster competence analysis, and the treatment of the cluster are not enough, please give me suggestion.
