China's Banking Listed Companies To Invest In The Value Of Research

As China's entry into WTO, specially domestic banking to foreign countries completely, there will be a shock for the Chinese financial industry which is in the developing stage. At present, the listed domestic banks are more and more, and their investment opportunity will appear in this press. Regarding the domestic banking, the scholar reseaches were previously about its achievement and its competitive ability. However, the scholars carried on researches as a investor relative insufficiently. Therefore, there will be significant to reseach investment value of the listed banks and provid one kind of systemic method for the later investor.Firstly, this article takes the 10 listed domestic banks as the research object. We select 9 financial norms from four abilities of banks, containing the profit, the fluidity, the security and the growth. We take 2003, 2004 and 2005 datas as the foundation, and use the factor analysis method to analyse their investment value. According to the factor analysis result, we can gain the rank of these bands' investment value.Then, we choice China Merchant Bank and Shenzhen Development Bank as objects, which are respectively the most valuable and the worst valuable banks according to the factor analysis result. According to financial consequences of the two banks, we make the detailed contrast to them. Through comparing the factors from the macroscopic, industry company and management, we find the reason of the performances betwence the two banks. After the theoretical research and case analysis, we estimate the intrinsic values of the two banks.Finally, this article summarys China's listed banks's investment value above two stages' researches and provides some advice to improve the invesment value of domestic banks.
