The Boq Mode Of Bidding Study

The public bidding and tendering of constructive projects is an international and reasonable method of contracting, which introduced effectively competing system into the field of engineering construction, and the public competition guided the constructive enterprises to improve their management standards and comprehensive actual strength. It has been more than twenty years that the tender was carried out in the constructive projects in our country and it has become the main way of transaction in the constructive projects, but there are still many problems in actual application. This thesis primarily studied researched both the evaluation of bid and the quotation of tender.The paper put forward the practical significance of researching the tender under the pattern of pricing through Bill of Quantities on the basis of analyzing the problems in the present tender in our country. This article first studied the mode of bidding and tending under Bill of Quantities and then expounded its characteristics and advantages in details by contrasting with the traditional biding of quota valuation and finally further brought out the necessity of the Bid of Quantities in the constructive projects.It depends on the quoted price of tender whether the constructive enterprises can win the bidding or not. Since the bid of the Bill of Quantities has been used in our country's constructive projects, the contest among the tender enterprises has become more acute, so it becomes more important for the enterprises to study and master all kinds of scientific, reasonable and practical tactics of tender and skills of quoted price besides improving the enterprise's technical equipment and management standards. This thesis researched the tactics of tender on the basis of systematic analysis of both the insider and outside factors which affect the enterprise's tender decision, and at the same time ,it analyzed thoroughly and studied the contents that should be completed, the methods be used and the problems be paid attention to during different periods including quoted price, designing tender and making a decision. It also pointed out that enterprises should apply flexibly the tender tactics and some scientific, reasonable and practical skills of quoted price under the condition of ensuring the quality and the limited time of a project.
