With the development of the economic globalization, technological improvement and fierce competition, logistics, as the third spring of profit and the hiding land in economic field, becomes more important to middle-small-sized enterprises.In the light of the current logistics condition of middle-small-sized enterprises, the thesis first briefly introduces the logistics, function factors of the logistics: transportation, inventory, distribution, information and 3PL etc, related theories, illustrates the logistics management method and theories: MRP; MRPII; ERP; JIT; CRM; LIS etc. These advanced logistics management methods which apply in the logistics management develops logistics industry greatly.And then the thesis briefly introduces middle-small-sized enterprises and sales logistics, further studies which factors should be fully considered when middle-small-sized enterprises decide their sales logistics operating model. Sales logistics, as an important part in the enterprise logistics, plays a critical role in the formation of enterprises' core competition force and the realization of their development strategy.SWOT analysis evaluates present and future strategy. The thesis uses the qualitative (SWOT analysis) and quantitative (blur synthesis judgement model) methodology and the case studies approach to analyze the present advantages and disadvantages of sales logistics operating model in the middle-small-sized enterprises. By doing so, the thesis tries to formulate a sales logistics mode that is suitable for middle-small-sized enterprises and provide the relevant case references.
