A Study On Innovation And Effect Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Guarantee Model

Since the reform and opening policy, middle and small-sized enterprises have played increasingly important role in the development of national economic development. The effect of middle and small-sized enterprises are very important, especially in ZhongShan City. However, the development of middle and small-sized enterprises encounter some difficulties because of the characteristics and other restraining factors. At present, financial difficulty is the serious problem to overcome. Therefore, this research has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly researches the development and innovation of ZhongShan rural urban commercial bank, analyzes the operating model of the specialized center of ZhongShan rural urban commercial bank, then proposes suggestions according to the problems of middle and small-sized enterprises guarantee model. The sixth chapter is the main conclusions and policy suggestions.The research of middle and small-sized enterprises guarantee model has significant role for the development of small-sized enterprises. The potential innovation is to provide suggestions and help for the financial difficulty by the exploring and theoretical research of the guarantee model of ZhongShan rural urban commercial bank.
