China's telecommunications equipment manufacture is being developed and more and more strong during these more than 20 years. Because of its' own character, high-tech, high profit and high-speed renewed, it has to face for the huge pressure.In 1996, XX set up a branch in Liaoning area. During these 10 years, the annual sale has come to 4 hundred million from several million, doing business with all of the telecommunications equipment running companies. Their products relate to Switch, Transfer, Wireless, Data, and so on. Their accumulative total sale is already more than 30 hundred million, coming to be the main telecommunications equipment supplier.But along with the increasing business and the expanded market, for several years, their annual sale is keeping stay at 2 to 3 hundred million. In order to break through this bottleneck, people need urgently to use a marketing theory to study and re-analyze the marketing policy, searching for a way to solve the problem of the marketing problem in Liaoning area.This article is based upon telecommunications market in Liaoning area, looking on the three main running companies, Liaoning CNC, Liaoning Unicom and Liaoning Mobile, adopting STP, 4P's and SWOT analytical method, makes a primary discuss on the marketing stratagem, Through the knowing of the marketing actuality, developing direction and competition posture in Liaoning area of XX company, this article constitutes the market exploitation policy in Liaoning area. The policy expatiates that along with the development of the communication technology and variety of the running company's requirements, new products and new technology will be the new sources of economic growth in Liaoning area of XX Company. XX Company must subdivide the trademarks, adjust the products combination and prices policy, extend the marketing channel, adjust personnel and make everything basic work well. Finally, this article makes a contrast between different areas' marketing policies, analyzing the basic of making those policies.
