At First, the author introduces current situation and developing trend of home and abroad logistics marketplace, then the author analyzes the creation background, concept catching to third party logistics, as well as whose theory basis, management idea and business pattern; and discusses postal service tradition business pattern in my country as well as Yunnan, points out postal service developing advantage, inferior position , chance, challenge been confronted with by modern third party logistics business and strategy key element of postal service developing the modern third party logistics.
