Nowadays furniture is closely linked to people's daily life. With the development of society and science, people have higher demands of furniture's material, style, price and quality. On one hand, the products' design, manufacture, distribution and service have been perfected because of the huge demands for furniture these years. On the other hand, competitions between manufacturers become more and more furious.The thesis which takes Kemandor Furniture Limited Company as a study object major focus on its competition strategy. Firstly, it analyzes and forecasts the integer development and market demand of Chinese furniture industry. Secondly it expatiates on status quo of Kemandor. Then the author sets up the evaluation guide line system for competition ability of this company, analyzes it and makes comparisons with its major competitors. To establish a foundation for making differential competition strategy and implementary plans at last. The author wants to help correlative departments and corporations to chose and make scientific competition strategy in order to let Chinese furniture industry has a fast, sustaining and healthy development.Using the analysis methods of liner regression AHP and Fuzzy evaluation, Combined with competition environmental analysis, under the instruction of competition strategy, the author gives quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and makes the specific implementary plans for differential competition strategy. Hoping this kind of analysis and those count ermeasures will be helpful for correlated corporation.
