| Based on the research on coal industry in Yu Lin, the author constructed the warning model, and applied the model on the research on coal industry in Yu Lin, which had the advantage in improving the warning accuracy. The paper's researches demonstrated that, the warning model in the paper was feasible and effective on the application on the coal industry in Yu Lin.The research could provide some referable values and be helpful theoretically and practically for the energy industry in other areas.The main work was included in the paper: (1) introduced the foundation knowledge on the artificial neural network, expounding its' working principle, the topology structure, studying process and warning principle, to base on the warning model of coal industry. (2)According to the standards of the science, system, testability, the author selected 27 indications reflecting coal industry development, and divided the indication system into four parts such as economy system, society system, ecologic and environment system, and supporting system. (3)Through the artificial neural network toolbox of Matlab 7.1 software, the author compiled the calculation program, designed the moving track, drawed a conclusion about the relative weights and the sustainable degree. (4) Finally, some suggestions were proposed according to the consequences of the research.The studying train of the paper was that: it was based on the coal development in Yulin, according to the artificial neural network and let it be the base of the theory analysis, and used the qualitative and quantitative methods, and the susainable development degree was figured, its' conclusion was that the susainable development degree was very low. The creations of the paper were that it combined the artificial neural network knowledgement and sustainable development, constructing coal industry development warning model, took further research on it, and certainly was firstly used to the coal industry in Yulin. |
