Based On Orders For Rapid Design And Manufacture Of The Implementation Of Erp Studies

With the gradual transfer of world manufacture center to Asia, China has become one of the leading countries for manufacturing. The key for the development of manufacturing enterprises lies in quick response to market and external opportunities as well as enhancing enterprise management to reinforce internal core competitiveness, thru which to obtain utmost competitive advantages. ERP has become informatization goal for many manufacturing enterprises because it contains advanced management concepts and can consolidate capital, logistics and information resources for the enterprise effectively.To cater for different customer demand, enterprise has developed various types of manufacture organizing that differ greatly in manufacture features, business process and management focus. During the implementation of ERP, enterprise can select the appropriate solution to cater for its management requirement.Current ETO enterprises are confronted with great competitive pressure of continuously shortening of their manufacture cycle. To solve this problem, in the dissertation, the author carries out comprehensive analysis and study on ETO's optimization of manufacture mode and shortening of delivery cycle based on diversified competitiveness strategy. The author takes Aerosun Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Aerosun") as study prototype to conclude AETO's manufacture features and analyze key point and premise of transferring enterprise from ETO to AETO. Based on analysis of AETO management demand, the author states system features and functions of ERP for AETO.Further more, the author carries out study on implementing ERP in Aerosun. Firstly, the author makes a brief introduction to Aerosun's requirement for ERP, system design goal and selection as well as ERP implementation method. Thru analysis on Aerosun's product features and manufacture process, the author thinks AETO is realizable by implementing ERP to optimize business process. The author has made solution for business selection, supplier chain evaluation as well as AETO. The author suggests Aerosun to adopt Oracle ERP and carries out analysis on difficulties in BOM building, manufacture management and cost audit and in the end concludes with solution for Aerosun ERP implementation.
