Harmonious Coexistence Of The Banking Industry - Cooperation And Competition

On the premise of the existing of people's social enginery, the theory of symbiosis thinks that many social organs are in the different symbiosis relations. Bank is the important modulatory institution of currency supply and demand, so these relations also indwell in banking inevitably. From the view of coopetition theory, this paper probes into the feasibility of the construction of symbiosis system in banking. On the theory frame of symbiosis and the definition of coordinative symbiosis, taking Jiangsu province for example, bank's symbiosis condition is analysed. After that, through a material loan coopetition game model and its equilibrium by a non-linear programming method , coopetition's result is proved better than competition and cooperation .And then combined with the complete analysis of the inherent good- circulated mechanism during the course of coopetition, the stability of construction banking's coordinative symbiosis by coopetition is showed . And besides, it can makes the symbiosis system consecutive and the development of all kinds banks balanced with manner of coopetition. However, this paper not only provide the theory backing for the formation of the symbiosis with coopetition and its game equilibrium theory ,but also put forward some implementary suggestions based on banking's current status by the cooperation-competition level compartmentalization.
