On The Expansion Of Smes In The Union Under The Conditions Of The Supply Chain

Small and medium sized enterprises play a very important role in China's national economy. Compared with the big enterprises, the small and medium sized enterprises have their own advantages. And they are very active and flexible. However they are very easy to be influenced by the market. And they are facing the challenge as well as the opportunity of market in the time of new economy. And different strategies are used by them. But when the Alliance of Supply Chain forms, they have more selection . And they can become its member and try to find more opportunity.Since 1990's, there are many changes for the organizational structures of the enterprises. And a new between-maker which belongs to one of the organizational structure of enterprises forms in the market and is so called the Alliance of Supply Chain. Actually any organizational structure of the enterprises are the products of development of science , technology and society. So did the Alliance of Supply Chain. And the changes of market environment are the main reason. And these changes are the globalization, changes of demand, sharper competitive market and the development of new science and technology and etc. The Alliance of Supply Chain can improve the efficiency, deduct the cost and meet the demands , as a result save the social resources.In the Alliance of Supply Chain, any enterprise is its part. And competence is a must if they are going to join the alliance. As the competence will be good to themselves after they become the member of the alliance.Empirical method is used in this study to analyze how the small and medium sized enterprise improve themselves by the Alliance of Supply Chain.Six parts included in this study. And the first part summarizes the evolvement of the form of the enterprises.The second part is the history of the Alliance of Supply Chain and gives its background and characters.The third part shows the character of small and medium sized enterprises and their strategy selecting. They act a very important role in national economy.
