Hubei National And Regional Human Resources Development

How to turn the population burden into human resources has been plagued Hubei's national human resource development. Hubei ethnic areas of human resource development is not only the key to the development of urban and rural co-ordinate but the effective way to speed up economic development in areas inhabited by minority ethnic in Hubei.
