In the metabolism of the productivity of different quality state, some productivity have realized the qualitative leap and finished the replacement step by step with continuous productivity on the basis of accumulation of the productivity of the low quality state; some have been crossed over one or several kinds quality states and realized the non- continuous overstepping development of productivity by utilizing certain development platform under specific historical conditions.Enter 21st century, socialized production, the world market, science and technology and the general association of the world associate have developed highly, the overstepping development of productivity has already become a kind of basic mode for productivity development in the developing countries.
