At present, our country is carrying on the reform to the course system of the basic education. The establishment of comprehensive science course science is the embodiment of the course system reform. Through the offering of science course of test block of the basic education, the problem met in the course of implementing is the quality of the teachers. The normal universities mainly training basic education teachers should carry on corresponding adjustment to the course structure of teacher education in order to send qualified teachers with interdisciplinary knowledge structure, the ability of thinking issues from scientific angle for the basic education. The teachers not only have the quantities for discipline course, but also have teaching ability with comprehensive science course.Already 40 more normal universities have offered the major of education of science or the professional direction in the whole country and have already trained several undergraduate students successively in the past few years. Under the big background. Capital Normal University offered education of science of complementary major in 2002.This new major is still at the starting stage at present. According to the crossing discipline and request with comprehensive course, the problem of constructing the major is that which courses should be offered and how to develop and construct these courses. This thesis does some tries in developing the comprehensive course and developing the course of modern science and technology. This thesis put forward a mode of course develop and do some research in crossing discipline, training student's scientific method, scientific spirit in theory and practice for making a contribution to course construction.This thesis is made up of four parts. At first, introduce the background, domestic and international comprehensive science course offered and research current situation of the interdisciplinary science course that are originally researched and proposed. In the second part, explain the theoretical foundation that developing a course including the theory of course develop and comprehensive course, and defined several nouns. The third part is practice research of course develop undering the course develop theory.
