Research On The Sunerposition Mechanisms Of Negative Effects Of Network Organization

In recent years, network organization caused concern in the theoretical and business, with itssignificant positive synergy effects. Academic circles also have made great progress on networkorganization research, but the network organization not only has the ability to produce positivesynergy, but also can produce negative synergy effect. The negative effects of network organizationhave a variety of forms and there ia a nonlinear superposition relationship among them. In order toreveal the complex relationships, this paper attempts to study the superposition mechanism of theseveral negative effects by empirically.According to the methods of literature review, the forms of negative effects for networkorganization were verified; by the method of parameter optimization, the complex relationships ofnegative effects of network organization were studied; the relationship between negative effects ofnetwork organization and the embedded level were probed by curve regression. At the same time,prediction model of network organization negative effects has been set up by the BP neuralnetwork.The main conclusions of this paper were drawn as following: the nonlinear superpositionmodel of negative effects of network organization was set up; U relationship between the negativeeffects and the embedded level of network organization has been comfirmed, and the embeddedinterval of the acceptable negative effects of network organization is deduced; and prediction modelof negative effects of network organization has been constructted.The study of the superposition mechanism of negative effects for network organization hastheoretical significance and practical one.It is beneficial to study the interaction mechanism amongnegative effects, to grasp the essence of superposition of the negative effects, and tounderstand the law of superposition of negative effects. At the same time, the acceptable embeddedinterval of network organization has been found, which provides theoretical support for how to do"moderate embedded" among nodes of network organization.The forecast model of negative effectsof network organization can provide guidance to reduce or deal with negative effects.
