More and more Chinese urban websites has taken shape against this background. When they pursue profit, they all repeat one thing——catching eyes. How exactly do Urban Chinese Websites make profit? To choose what kind of mode will be more profitable? These questions in my mind triggered my awareness and rethinking of the profit mode of such websites.The paper attempts to break through the superficiality and blindness of the research on current pattern of websites profit, and try to explore the choice of websites' dynamical profit mode from a strategic perspective. Firstly, it makes an analysis on a series of relevant theories about the websites' profit mode;Secondly, it analyses the internal resources of Urban Chinese Websites as well as its current situation and problems of profit mode;following that, it analyses the external environment of urban Chinese websites in details, in an other words, a research on the basic and direct reason of the profit mode;Finally, it makes a general exploration for the dynamic combination of the profit mode of the urban Chinese websites.With the practical analysis methods, this paper is an applied research combined theory with practice. By using the modern strategic management tools of evaluation matrix of both external and internal factors, it also goes on a further analysis on the websites' operating environment, the internal resources situation and the important factors influencing website's profit mode selection .As well as, it notices finding the latest data for quantitative analysis to support qualitative arguments. According to the studying thoughts, based on an urban profit pattern analysis case of Chinese websites, this paper also reflects the profit mode of Chinese network enterprises step by step, and moreover, it offers the relevant references to the sustainable development of the Internet enterprises and to the new founders whom will realize the commercialized operation of Internet.
