Green Sustainable Innovation-benefit Analysis, Enterprise

Since reform and opening, increasingly serious environmental pollution and resources crisis has become the bottleneck of restricting fast economic development as gradually deepening of our country's industrial progress. The enterprise is the cell of national economy, so the enterprise behavior is the root producing environmental problem, natural resource problem and even some social problem to a certain degree. At present, Our country has already regarded sustainable development as the fundamental state policy in 21st century, discharging more and more strict restriction to the pollutant in the production process of enterprise, and putting forward higher and higher request to environmental protection, health attribute of the products, so the environmental pollution has already become the key problem for the survival and death of enterprise. Enterprise's green & sustainable innovation that based on ecological sustainable development and leaded by economic sustainable development, is the efficient path of acquiring win-win of economic benefits and social benefits and is also the necessary choice realizing sustainable development of our country.Here, enterprise's green & sustainable innovation is a process that an enterprise, during a quite long period, for saving energy, reducing consumption and pollution, improving environment, puts out and implement green innovation project continuously ( referring the theory of Joseph A .Schumpeter and acting as certain expansion, it concludes green product, technology, raw material, market, organization, institution, management innovations), and realize commercialization constantly to obtain lasting growth of the economic benefits.Because of this, enterprise's green & sustainable innovation and development have been a great theory and practical problem that business circles .theory circle and governments at all face nowadays .Directed against this pioneering subject ,this thesis mainly discusses the benefits of enterprise's green & sustainable innovation that is the basic motive force making enterprise's green innovation sustainable ,which includes green innovation benefits structure ,valuation of greeninnovation benefits and ability and mechanism of benefits transferring.In this part that innovation benefits structure is discussed. Basing on the innovation theory of Joseph A .Schumpeter ,the author divides the innovation type into five kinds : green raw material innovation ,green technology innovation, green product innovation ,green market innovation and green organization innovation ,and points out green raw material innovation ,green technology innovation and green product innovation are main type .On the basis of this ,the author studies the benefits of these main innovation type ,and concludes that green &sustainable innovation can obtain economic benefits and social benefits at the same time.In this part that benefits evaluation is discussed. The author analyzes the economic benefits and social benefits using quantitative method and qualitative method .Firstly, the author using systems engineering principle and production function module to quantitatively evaluate the economic benefits and using System Effects of Productive Factors to evaluate the economic growth contributed by entrepreneur .Secondly, the author qualitatively evaluate the social benefits.In this part that mechanism of benefits transferring is discussed ,according to enterprise's green innovation practice of our country particularity of benefits of enterprise's green & sustainable innovation are pointed out ,and mechanism of benefits transferring is defined and discussed .On the basis of this ,combining successful practices of typical enterprise's green innovation ,the author proposes seven kinds of ways to transfer benefits respectively from the angle of enterprise .government and people ,as follows: (l)Implementing green supple chain management;(2)Through green marketing strategy to portray green image strength of enterprise;(3)Building innovation system combining enterprises ,colleges and institutes;(4)Applying cycle economy theory ,building ecological industrialized country;(5)Implementing trade system of Discharging Pollutant;(6)Government supply funds for enterprise;(7)Promoting environment consciousness of people.Each key part of this thesis is described from two respects of theory and practice. Through deeply discussion on the question in theory and combining the actualoperation of enterprises, we could analyze questions thoroughly, and the conclusion drawn will closely combine with reality, thus this thesis has relatively strong effectiveness, and is easy to popularization and application and guiding practice of enterprises.The topic of this thesis is taken from the fund project of national natural sciencejust which my tutor professor Xiang Gang took charge of------"Study on mode andmechanism of enterprises' green & sustainable innovation and development" ( project serial number:70262002 ).The author try hard to use sustainable development theory, enterprises' sustainable innovation theory and system engineering method to set up relatively systematic theory frame, which enriches and develop the innovation theory on one hand, and on the other hand, by the theory combining with practice ,offers the theoretical foundation for enterprises' green & sustainable innovation ,drives enterprises' green & sustainable innovation and development, offers advice for governments' decisions at the same time.
