| This article studies the Electronic Unification Edition Project Plan of Jiangsu Post. The introduction introduces the background, construction goal of the project, as well as the situation and the problems that Jiangsu Post faces at present; afterwards it elaborates the research technique and rationale of this article. Chapter 2, Chapter 3, and Chapter 4 are the key contents. In the network construction plan, at first, the author analyses the network architecture and the communication link plan of the urban center centralization pattern, then makes a comparison among the three ways of network termination accessing: network termination branch office accessing, mute termination branch office accessing and WINDOWS PC branch office accessing, and finally, chooses the first way as the construction plan of Jiangsu post network. In the mainframe system construction plan, according to the disposing capacity, memory, and hard disk capacity of the mainframe by which Jiangsu post analyzes it business volume ,the author figures out the mainframe's configuration plan. In the application system solution plan, based on the analysis of the design principles and characteristics of the application system, the author pays attention to studying the system structure as well as the plan of interconnecting with the outside system. In the project organizing and implementing plan, according to the project general goals, by using the project management theory, the author divides the project into four stages: startup, preparation, demonstration bureau experiment, and the entire province promotion, explicates the responsibility of GuoTong Company, Jiangsu Post Bureau, and all municipal post bureaus, and makes a detailed working plan. The author finally analyzes the investment benefit. The total investment of the project amounts to RMB18.15 million. It will make great benefit, which mainly includes the social benefit and economic benefit, after the project construction is finished and put to use. |
