Employee compensation management is the core content of human resource management. In market economy system, the competition of company is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. An effective employee compensation system is important for a company to recruit, promote, develop and maintain talents. And, it is also significant to develop the core competitive capability and implement the strategy.Because the employee compensation system has many problems and objections, JinShun Company, which is a private enterprise in service industry, found some difficulties to cultivate employees' enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, the company got into trouble of development. As a case study, this thesis began with the research of company strategy, human resource strategy and advanced theories of compensation management. By using datum analysis and questionnaire analysis as tools, the author analyzed the current employee compensation system of the company and redesigned it. And the author, ultimately, established the strategy oriented employee compensation system that is fair and competitive.Basing on the fact of JinShun Company, the author analyzed and segmented the four factors that affect employee satisfaction including the level, the structure, the forms and the system of compensation. And, according to the segmenting, thequestionnaire for employee satisfaction was designed. After analyzing the statistical result and the current compensation management system, the author found many problems such as compensation being inconsistent with job analysis and evaluation, less datum analysis, unreasonable wage structure, incongruity between compensation strategy and organization strategy, bad communication of compensation, etc. To resolve above problems, the author redesigned the employee compensation system. And when the new system being designed, according to enterprise lifecycle theory, the author analyzed the compensation fairness and structure in different developing phase. And, especially, the author used Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the proportions of the compensation segments.
