Enterprise Law Of Recapitulation

"Enterprise recapitulation law" has borrowed the concept of "biological recapitulation law" to research the rules in the development of business organization and the growth of individual enterprise. Biological recapitulation law was brought forward by German biologist E. Haeckel in 1866 according to the research on animal morphology and embryology, which means that an organism will evolve the main phylogenetic scale of its species again during its development process. Take mammals for example, their early embryos are alike and all have gill slits, which seems recurs the features of their common ancestors living in water in the remote antiquity time. Thus the author was illuminated to discover the familiar experience that exists between the development of enterprise organization and the growth of individual enterprise, through comparing the development process of business organization (domestic workship in the feudal age — individual ownership enterprise in the beginning of capitalism — copartnership enterprise in the industrial stage — corporate institutions in the modern society — the develop trend of business group) and the growth process of individual enterprise ( one-man ownership business — individual independent corporation — partnership business — joint-stock company — equity-controlled group company ). Therefore, with reference for "biological recapitulation law, we pose the argument of enterprise recapitulation law, which means that individual enterprise will experience thousands of years of the development process of business organization in its growth process.Combined with former dissertations, in a new way, the author analyses the process and influential factors of enterprise evolvement from a new angle of view. For the first time, we strictly separate the enterprise evolvement and enterprise growth and discuss separately, thus solve the dispute of former theories on enterprise evolvement. We emphasis that enterprise evolvement is a constant changing phenomenon of business organization in its social development process, which is a long, historical process. Enterprise evolvement and growth is two different concepts with different development process and influential factors. Meanwhile, through comparing enterprise evolvement process and growth process, we pose the rule of enterprise recapitulation law. This paper innovates theoretically in the following points: 1. proposes specifically to separate the enterprise evolvement and growth to study and explain the inner difference between the two. 2. presents the influential factors of enterprise evolvement and growth respectively, changing the former confusion on factors and routing, evolvement and growth, eternal and internal. 3. raises the proposition of enterprise recapitulation law and prove it through logical manipulation.Concerning the business organization evolvement, the author thinks that it is the technological change in the whole society that promote the enterprise to evolve gradually as an organization; As technologies in the whole society improve, people's way of life changes and those changes promote enterprise which is a manufacturing...
