Rural Credit Cooperatives To Introduce Foreign Strategic Investors

Finance is the core center of the modern economy, the stability of the finance market attributes to the stability of the stability of the national economy. Therefore,the reform of the financial system is an important component of completing socialist market economy system.After entering into WTO, and promising to be fully open to the foreign invested banks in five years, many foreign invested banks set up offices, business unit in China and adjust their development strategies step by step, they are especially active in cooperation with the Chinese banks, to utilize their resource strengths in organizations, and clearings, so as to make the biggest profit by the lowest cost.China Bank Inspection committee has constituted a series of rules and regulations to protect the interests of both sides by positive policy for the Chinese invested banks. As for the Chinese banks, some middle and small-sized banks introduced strategic investment, which is followed by the national-owned commercial banks. The cooperation between Chinese and foreign banks is a win-win, and even a multi-win strategy for both sides. According to the financial globalization and liberty, we can foresee that the cooperation will be more frequent.The dissertation depicts the present situation of the strategic investment in our banks and then analyzes the content of system reform and summarize the existing problems—the operation risk generated by the capital of the rural credit cooperatives that can't catch up with the rapid development speed of deposit and loan.; irrational share constructions; incomplete operation system. Moreover, the dissertation studies the theories of the strategic share, illustrate strategic sharing action is the advanced method of commercial bank's strategic alliance, which aims to abtain resource advantage, therefore to form core competivity, so as to make profits for the alliance member. Finally, the dissertaion further discussed how to bring in strategc investors, and make proposals of the methods, procedure and improving workflows.
