Under The Conditions Of The General Contracting And Project Management, Organizational Structure Design

General contracting for project and project management are something new in construction line. They are management models the state government is actively advocating. General contracting for project and project management can meet the requirement of socialist market economy because they are helpful to use production factors optimally so that achieve minimum input and maximum output. But any management model is effective only if it were used in practice. The paper study the problems in the organization construct design under the project management general contracting according to the practice experience in Huhhot baita airport expansion project.First, the paper analyze the influence to organization structure design by general contracting for project and project management using the basic theory about the organization structure. Then, taking the Huhhot baita airport expansion project as a example, the paper analyze the working mechanism in that project under the project management general contracting. After that, the paper study the problems from a view of enterprise management. Last, the paper point out the advantage and disadvantage of the baitai airport expansion project and give some advice on sloving the problems.
