On the basis of analyzing e-commerce,enterprise logistics delivery and interrelation, this paper puts forward the planning method of logistics distribution center under e-commerce environment, and has carried on deep research on the location models in planning。 After others' research, this paper analyzes the application of AHP method within location problems, then logistics delivery centers location bi-level programming model based on competition is constructed, and discusses the solution to the model, works out the solution steps about genetic algorithm, compared with Monte Carlo simulated annealing algorithm。 It works fast and easy to generalize contrast to heuristic algorithm, so it's a general algorithm to solve this kind of problemoFinally, resulting in the characters of the logistics system and the model, two valid optimal algorithms are selected, they are stimulating annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm, after analyzing and comparing their ideas, one table is listed with the factors, such as the property of results, initial values, restrict conditions and the speed of convergence。 Considering some deficiency of GA when solving such problems, a new method of optimizing location is put forward, that is stimulating annealing genetic mixed algorithm。 And I implement the location model with genetic algorithm and stimulation annealing genetic mixed algorithm。 Then I give out some experiment data and the ideas of the algorithms。 After analyzing the results of operation, we can conclude the stimulation annealing genetic mixed algorithm has certain leading value in logistics delivery location, and gets its needy effects。...
