| Since the nineties of twentieth century, our country has raised corporation -reform to state-owned enterprises. In 1999, diversified-economy of Tarim oilfield was stripped from the reform of oil industry, facing the fierce market competition, neither economy scope nor economy system was fragile. So, it was very important for oilfield to establish corporate governance structure and managing system according to the requirements of modern enterprise systems.Firstly, this paper advanced essential characters and main ideas of modern enterprise policy systematically, analyzed the principle of establishing it, and also discussed the main forms and future trend of modern enterprise policy. Comparing those with America, German and Japan, we can learn some useful experience of establishing modern enterprise policy. Secondly, this paper analyzed the background , Organizational Structure, property condition, human resource, the present condition of enterprise and essential ability of Tarim oilfield comprehensively. we thus can know its problems on system, mechanism, manage and problems left before.Thirdly, on the base of learning form the enterprise reform of state-owned enterprises home and abroad ,this paper studied the idea, principle and mode of oilfield diversified -economy enterprise reform. Then brought up the reform procedure and problems should be paid attention to about oilfield diversified -economy enterprises.Finally, this paper came up with some suggestions to ensure that the reform of diversified -economy of Tarim oilfield to be a successful one , which include future trend and orientation of industry,establishment of corporate governance, enhancement on development of main business, reinforcement of manage and system innovation, operation of strategy of human resource as well as establishment of corporation brand, culture and so on. |
