Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Financial Supervision

The research on financial supervision in Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone is the basis of this dissertation. The dissertation is made up of four parts.Part One: the characteristic of financial supervision in Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone. This part makes a research from macroscopical to microcosmic view, including three levels: the brief introduction Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone, management model of Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone, the characteristic of financial supervision in Zhengzhou Hi-Tech Zone which are shown as high efficiency and hard task of financial supervision, being apt to performance supervision and putting priority on financial supervision services.Part Two: the problems in financial supervision on Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone. The text discusses the issue from three aspects, namely system-building, operation system and the connection with external supervision.Part Three: general thought to construct a new type operation system of financial supervision.General thought:Taking the scientific viewpoint of development and building the harmonious society as guidance in terms of the request by the Financial Ministry to build the financial operation system of separation and restriction with each other of budget compiling, execution and supervision, we should try best to establish a new type operation system of financial supervision both in longitudinal and transverse aspects combined each other, bring all the revenue and expense into the financial supervision, realize the supervision mode transformation from check to administration and service, from common supervision to effective performance supervision, and make the financial department of Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone play a more important role in carrying out the scientific development concept and building the harmonious society.The basic frame includes four parts of function structure of supervision body, longitudinal operation system of financial supervision, transverse operation system of financial supervision and information support system of financial supervision.Part Four: measures research on building a new type operation system of financial supervision on Zhengzhou High-Tech Zone.
