China's Foreign Trade Development Problems In Harmony With The Environment

Along with the rapid development of economic globalization, the degree of trade liberalization enhances heavily, and environmental protection issues with the transnational flow of capital and commodities are rapidly evolving into a global problem. The transnational transfer of pollution industry, hazardous substance and the waste; the emission of greenhouse gas and global warming; the expansion of atmosphere ozone empty and the super radiation of ultraviolet ray in the whole world; the extinction of more and more wildlife species; the drying up of many non-renewable resources gradually, all these questions have aroused international society's high concern, and people began to think about the relationship earnestly not only between the economical growth and the environmental protection, but also between the economical growth and the sustainable development.From the perspective of international trade and environmental protection, with the vision of globalization, I reviewed the characters and development tendency of economic globalization, the international environment problems which caused by trade liberalization, the theoretical research, the policy design and the practical action by the international society. In close integration with our country's national background and the realistic situation, I have analyzed the achievement between high growth of our foreign trade and environmental protection briefly, which are as following: overseas-funded enterprises play a good exemplary role in environmental protection, bring advanced technologies, and promote the sustainable development of the economic open region; the rise of the international green market has accelerated the development of the domestic pollution-free industry; along with the environmental protection consciousness enhancement, our country's import and export product structure develops to the environment friendly direction. I analyzed the existing problems between environmental protection and our foreign trade at present emphatically, including a large amount of pollutant enters our country in the form of foreign direct investment, backward technology transfer and direct entry; the exportation of primary resources, rare species and natural resource which caused by...
