Channel is the most important process of the exchange of products or serves, the realization of wealth, the communication of client. Channel is the stage of the realization of benefit. Channel is the most important way to collect the message of client, to make the exchange convenient, to settle conflict of the demand and the supply, to supply products and service, to provide the message of products and service, to achieve the object of sale.The thesis bases on the theory of management, studies the strategy of China mobile's channel. The first, the thesis studies the particularity the channel of the mobile, analyseses the development of China mobile's channel, such as the different strategy in different periods. The second, the thesis analyseses the channel strategy of the opponents of China mobile (such as China telecom and China Unicom) . The thesis compares the different strategies and analyseses the strength and the weakness of China mobile's channel strategy by the method of SWOT. The thesis analyseses the change of demand and the competition, and the mode of China mobile's channel strategy. The last, the thesis studies the particularity of 3G analyseses the strategy of China mobile in 3G times.
