| Since the reform and development of state-owned enterprise is the key factor in constructing socialistic market economy and an important foundation in establishing socialistic harmonious society, it burdens significant political responsibility and social responsibility. Survived more than 20 years', a number of state-owned enterprises with high economic benefit and rapid expanding speed came forth and gave us confidence for further reform. However, big challenges still exist for the development of state-owned enterprise.The growing and developing of enterprise cannot leave the supports from financial market, organizations and system, which are significant in each stage of the developing history of state-owned enterprise in our country.
