Logistics is the third headspring of profits for corporations. Logistics district is an inevitable product when developing logistics at a certain stage. Under these circumstances, all sorts of logistics districts have been booming all over the country. It seems that those who don't found logistics districts are going to lose the marketing competitions. As a result, we can find out that those logistics districts are under constructions from cities to towns, even in communities. Nowadays, there are hundreds of logistics bases, which are been constructed and programmed. More than ten provinces have made plans about logistics programs. Actually, only a few corporations have migrated into the districts, which belong to governments' logistics programs.
