The essence of neo-liberalism is a tool which help the international monopoly capital to extract monopoly profits from the worldwide market in the era of globalization .Since the 1980s, neo-liberalism became the mainstream ideology of capitalist world .On the one hand, neo-liberalism is the theory weapons which help the Western countries to induce the peaceful evolution of socialist countries; on the other hand, neo-liberalism is the theory weapons which help the Western countries to implement the new colonialism in the developing countries.In this article, we analyze the process of generation, development and promotion of neo-liberalism from the global and macro-perspective.
