As an independent system innovation and arrangement, and a relatively independent industry, REITs'different organization form and the government structure will produce the different actual results. This question involves many disciplines domain. To analyze and research these questions, we must not only base on China's condition, but also study from the international experience of the western developed country.At present, there are still some problems in developing the REITs in china, such as organization choice, corresponding law as well as necessary market system construction. All of those problems need the theorists to use the science manner, the method and the theory system to study, seek and establish a new pathway, which is suit for Chinese actual situation.This article study on the organization, government structure and the property right system arrangement of REITs. Using the system economic theory, analyze the system superiority and flaw of limited Partnership REITs, corporate system REITs and trust system REITs, and put forward strategetic proposal to the development of the three kind of funds in China. This article also used the case analysis.Besides the introduction, this article divides into eight chapters:Chapter one: The real estate investment trust fund (REITs) outlines.
