Personal financial services first appeared in Switzerland, then the United States, Europe and Japan, Hong Kong in Asia, and other economically developed countries and regions , have received rapid promotion and now become one of the main business of the world's major banks. In Western countries almost each family get the services, personal financial services have become the most important areas and profit growth point of the West commercial banks. Along with the changes in social conditions, personal financial services have also been broad prospects for the development of China's commercial banks , and the significance is great.This paper starts with the personal financial services situation of Chinese banks, then take an overview of banks in the developed countries and regions in personal financial services, and find the current problems of Chinese banks in personal financial services . Compared with the commercial banks of foreign countries, the author finds their constraints. Through analysis, we get the final proposed solutions of how our commercial banks to explore our personal financial business.As compared with the commercial banks of foreign countries,Our commercial banks have two constraints in the personal financial services. Firstly, current macroeconomic environment constrains their development. As we all know, our country is divided operation now, this makes banks own limited scope of business.
