Different Stages Of Development Of Corporate Financial Behavior Choices

The financial behavior is one of the important social economic behaviors, particularly under the socialism market economy system. From the macroscopical view, finance has already become the core of the modern economy gradually; and from the microcosmic view, enterprise finance management is the center of all the management activities. Enterprise financial behavior has also become a focus of other enterprise economic behaviors. Because enterprises are the cells of social economy and the most familiar financial behavior body, this paper mainly focuses on researching enterprises.At present, the financial behaviors of the enterprises in our country are developing towards rationalization and standardization. But influenced by many factors, the enterprises'financial behaviors are confronted with such many problems as disorder financial objectives, alien financing behaviors, shortsighted investment behaviors, twisty distribution behaviors and so on. Therefore, the study of enterprises'financial behaviors is advantageous to reduce and guard against bad behaviors, to improve scientific management level and to promote enterprises'healthy development. On the other hand, every enterprise has its vitality, movement mode, life span and lifecycle. Its growth is not linear and takes on regular cycle change during its long or short life. This change will bring the variety of finance management environment and finance characteristics, necessarily requesting financial objectives and financial behaviors to change accordingly. So this paper is based on time dimension of enterprises'development and make a research on choice of financial behaviors in different phases of corporate lifecycle.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is about fundamental theory of financial behaviors.Firstly, the writer puts forward the definition of finance behaviors with reference to relevant definitions of financial behaviors at home and abroad.
