The American famous economist Mancur Oison claims that the key factor for one country's economy and society rapid development is the free movement of production factors and the formation of integrated magnitude market.The integration degree of china domestic market, however, is not satisfying yet. It is not rare that local governments obviously or unclearly lock regional market and constrain competition through administrative measures. This kind of regional administrative monopoly arise unnatural market fragments, effects the free movement of production and factors within one country and thus severely handicaps the foundation of domestic integrated magnitude market. To break out regional administrative monopoly is becoming the principal question we have to solve in order to impulse domestic integrated magnitude market.For a long time, administrative monopoly is studied by jurisprudential circle as governing authority abuse behavior that constrains competition. The dissertation chooses regional administrative monopoly (one of the main form of administrative monopoly) as study object from the economic angle discusses its influence, roots and countermeasures. It includes five parts. The main content as follows:Chapter one is the introduction, by presenting the survey reports of Department of Commerce and a true case, and one seems to overstate but a serious description, draw the regional administrative monopoly of our country as the problem of deserving much more attention.
