As one of the main business fields,Securities Company is not only the essential participant, but also the most important service intermediary which provides the financial product and the intermediary service for the customer by taking the securities branch as a service unit. In recent years, as the reason of Commission liberalization implementation, long-distance transaction development through the Internet and the new competitors joined unceasingly, Securities Company was facing the more challenges than before, the marketing and the service strategies what were used in the past buyer markets have been unable to satisfy securities market competition needs. Under the new environment, Securities Company starts to realize the importance of enhancing the customer satisfaction and the company competitive power through service marketing strategies.Securities Company provides main services including the financial product and intermediary service. By reason of financial securities business's own character, the branch unable to control the preconditions which was finance product competition needs by itself, which has limited the service contents and forms of the security company. The content and form of service were homogenous has limited the scope and the way which the securities company can compete and reduced"the competition condition"gap between the different scale securities trader in some degree, and established the owner competitive model in order to satisfied the customers. Service marketing played an important role in this process. How to unify its actual situation, and to explore a set of elementary operation pattern of services marketing, and to develop the service marketing activity of its own, these have become an important topic which every securities company awaits to be solved urgently.Under the above background, this article is referencing to the service marketing and customer satisfaction, and other related theory, taking Securities Company G branch J as an example, and launching the elaboration and the analysis for service marketing and getting customers satisfaction and their relationships, form the analysis line services marketing based on customer satisfaction in J branch, formulate theory base for the services marketing strategy; and from above, analysis the situation and ineffectual...
