The social environment in which the modern organizations living is changing constantly, with the expanding scale of organizations and enterprises , the updating technology and products ,the expanding domestic and overseas market, the keen competition between the enterprises ,and the deepen reform of state enterprise. All of these, not only requiring the technology innovation and the change of structure, but also the change of the organization member's psychology. Then, the organization change is a very important subject that the managers need to study.The organization change is one of the most powerful voices in the business circles; the experts in managing field have many new theories and new models. But, when we use these theories and models in practice, not all enterprises have the success.This dissertation attempts to research into the process and content of the planned organization change. The author compiles an organization change case about a department adjusting mode of working. Using the three-phase model of Levin and who's force-field analysis way, the author analysis the process, the contents, the success factors, and the matters must be pay attention to in the planned organization change.This dissertation will have some meanings in structure adjusting in the similar organizations and the other domestic internal change, and will have help to MBA teaching.
