So that how to design a reasonable mechanism to encourage knowledge sharing become the key to success or failure during the knowledge management.The paper will solve the real problem in the development of knowledge enterprise through the study of incentives in knowledge sharing. Using the system analytic method to make the comprehensive discussion to the knowledge sharing question, reading massive literature and investigating the knowledge management of "lenovo" to find weak link of the knowledge sharing, droving the necessity in the knowledge sharing by the game theory analysis method, utilizing the analytic hierarchy process and the synthesis analytic method to establish the foundation for the important Stakeholder-- highest superintendent, the knowledge manager, knowledge project manager and the knowledge worker which participate in knowledge sharing for the enterprise, making the system drive measure by the real diagnosis and the theoretical analysis, the enterprise analyze the knowledge sharing totally.This article has conclusions that the Chinese enterprise should transform the idea to imply the correct drive to the knowledge staff, firstly. To acknowledged and respects staff this kind of new status is the only way to form the strategy partnership with knowledge staff and lay the solid foundation for enterprise's long term healthy development. The knowledge staff enjoying the income assignment in the enterprise relies on own human capital, therefore the most effective method to incentive them is "governs enterprise's right together" Inevitably.
