Based On Strategic Management Accounting In The United States Anti-dumping On The Industry Early Warning System

Antidumping petitions initiated by foreign countries to China happened frequently which becomes the main obstacle to Chinese export trade. So as the most severely hurted county by antidumping, China should construct early-warning system aimed at export productions immediately.As for the early-warning system of antidumping petitions initiatede by foreign countries toward China, fewer existiting researchs could construct an industry early-warning system which made the forecast pertinenceless. Also the existing index systems are not comprehensive. The aim of this paper is to bridge the gap, namely to construct an industry early-warning system of antidumping petitions initiated by USA towards China.On the theory of strategic management accounting, we first propose the industry early-warning index system by literature-reading and perfect it through Delpher inqury. Then we select chemical industry as the object to do empiric analyse. We construct chemical industry early-warning system of antidumping from USA towards China as follows: Single index forcast combined with several indexes synthetized forecast which make the early-warning result better. We construct chemical industry early-warning model of antdumping from USA towards China through Statistic method such as multiple linear regression, factor ananlysis and principal components regression.Through the forcast effect test, we can confirm that the early-warning index system and model is effective and the indexes related to industry such as the change of industry employment ratio, the change of industry capacity ratio and the industry profit are very important to the early-warning system of antidumping.
