When the enterprise decides to diversify for growing to the larger, itis the main challenges and problems that how to craft a suited companystrategy , how to fit the resources the businesses, and how to continuallystrengthen and sustain the company's distinctive competence.Deeply suffering from the planned economy, the enterprise'soperating system and management ideas couldn't be suitable for therequirements of market economy. How to resolve and keep theenterprise's sustainable will be emphasized to study at the text.At the beginning of the text ,the author tried to identify thedominant economic traits of several industries, by using Micheal Porter'sfive forces model to analyze the attractions and find out the Key successfactors (KSFs) of the industries.At the second part of the text, the author evaluated the enterpriseresources and competitive capabilities, developed a clear understandingof the enterprise's resource strengths, resource weaknesses, bestopportunities and external threats. In addition, the author analyzed thecompetitive strengths of the supply chain management,operation,marketing,human resources and etc. according to the Company ValueChain model. After all, I drew a conclusion that the enterpriseUsing the above-mentioned analysis, the author, in the last part ofthe text, detailedly listed the enterprise's problem root and suggestedurgent affairs which the enterprise currently need to be done.
