As far as the application of the combination between non-contact technology andmobile communication in the world, one of the most popular technologies is Felica of Sonyand NFC of Philips. Japan's NTT DoCoMo was the first to realize the combination of RFIDand mobile communication, and it successfully applied non-contact technology with Felicaof Sony. At the same time, Phlips combines Mifare of its own and Felica of Sony, anddeveloped NFC technology used for mobile terminus and varied electronic products ofconsumption uses. Currently, NFC has become official specification supported by more andmore main manufacturers. Considering the development of mobile payment service in China, most services were actualized by the quest from terminals in way of short message, voice, wap, USSD, etc. Time lagging arises when visiting the banking system on line and it isinsufficient to meet the special need of small sum transfer that requires to be done withconvenience and fast speed. Therefore, this paper tries to introduce the non-contacttechnology to China's m-payment field and applies it to make the deficiency of currenttransfer technology. This paper aims to analyze how communication suppliers should develop non-contactm-payment in practical usage. The paper analyzes the technology theory, possibleapplication mode, technology design and combination with market, and comes up with apossible design system. The discussion of application in this paper' is the first phase of thewhole project. Development and test are the second phase, with the third phase beingimplementing. They will all be carried out gradually. This paper intends to propose somereferences for the development and implement of non-contact mobile payment and toenhance the application of non-contact technology in the communication field.
