Business Model The Logical Structure And Continuous Innovation

Business model means the way to do business and to make money. It has been givenmuch attention in the age of network economy in which technology and marketcompetition experience rapid changes. This thesis, based on the presentation of thefundamental concepts of business model, aims to lay the conceptual and logic basisfor the research on business model, the new analytical unit of corporate management.The innovation of business model has been crucial for enterprises to adapt themselvesinto the rapidly changing market with advanced technology and fierce competitions.This thesis tries to answer the following questions: Is it necessary to make innovationsof the business model;is it possible to make innovations;and how to makeinnovations of the business model. Therefore, this thesis, using the basic concepts andideas of the business model as the foundation, analyzes the features of the complexsystem of business model in order to build a framework for the analysis of businessmodels by applying the theories of complex system and fitness landscape. Based onthe complexity of the interactions among the constituent elements of business model,the author of this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the development and gives apresumption on the future development of business model of Chinese enterprises bycase studies.
