Sustainable Development Strategy To Achieve The Measures

As a kind of theoretical thinking of our times , there is its certainty produced in sustainable development. Under the push of the United Nations, since 1990s, more and more countries have regarded making and implementing the sustainable development strategy as an important state basic policy. In 1995- 1996, Chinese Party and government determined to regard sustainable development strategy as the great decision that China would implement in economic and social development in the future too. Theory workers of China have carried on extensive and profound research about the sustainable development theory, have made great progress. Our Party and government and theory circle, set up the theoretical system of sustainable development economics, sustainable development index system set up socialism with Chinese characteristics research , sustainable development of theory make important contribution. This thesis put the focal point studied on the realization measure of the sustainable development strategy. Only fulfill the sustainable development strategy measure, contemporary people could receive material benefit , descendants' interests could get the assurance .The structure of the thesis is divided into five parts:First part It is a theory survey of sustainable development, divided into two respects, the first respect, have analyzed the certainty that the foreign sustainable development thought produces , the forming and evolution of the sustainable development thought, and the theoretical research and the intension of development and basic principle of sustainable development. The second respect, has analyzed the characteristics of domestic sustainable development theoretical research and development, and the contribution to the sustainable development theory of our country.Second part it is China that makes and implements the certainty of the sustainable development strategy. Analyze the intension of the sustainable development strategy mainly, emphasize it is the inevitable choice of complying with the tendency of the day that our country makes and implements the sustainable development strategy, have fully reflected Chinese Party and government have fundamental interests andhighly-developed descendants conscience which safeguard China and the people of the world.The third part ,Analyze to the effect that our country implements the sustainable development strategy , use the analytical method of the real example mainly, our country makes and implements the sustainable development strategy to implement in " China's Agenda 21 " for over ten years, control the population size, improve the health of the people, reduce resources to consume , reduce the environmental pollution , the good effect that constructions of ecological environment and protection and environmental protection industry development produce.The fourth part, it is to the analysis of question existing while implementing the sustainable development strategy course in our country.
