With the opening gradually of financial circles, the large world-class bank has already aimed sight at China. To state-run commercial bank of our country, the challenge brought comes from the foreign commercial bank that has already grasped the ripe experience of economical operation of the market, its enormous threats brought , such as scientific management system , flexible operating mechanism , service system of perfection and sound information network ,etc. In order to adapt to the international increased competition and new situation after the accession to the WTO actively, attracting financial talents, keep financial talents here, the banking system must start a rather complicated salary system to reform quickly , set up the employing mechanism related to operating mechanism of state-run commercial bank and salary system, realize management in staff is it manage by identity to post to manage , change by administrative function relation to the employ relation of holding consultations on an equal footing.This text proceeds with characteristic of the state- run commercial bank, stand on the angle of strategy, compare the domestic and international operation characteristic of commercial bank and salary characteristic , to influence banking salary system problem of development solved to need badly make system study comparatively at present, thus diagnose the current salary system of state-run commercial bank of our country, and provide the preliminary train of thought of optimization. And take the Yiyang branch of Bank of China as an example, analyze the real example, according to the overall development plan of this sub-branch, design the effective salary system, aim at offering reference to system reform especially salary system reform of the Chinese state-run commercial bank.
