Study Of Highway Bidding Management Issues

This paper points out the problem of bid management system of our country on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the domestic and international bid management of highway project at present. And through the comparison of the domestic and international bid management mode, summarizes the advantages of bid management abroad, find the respects which need reformed in our country in the same time. Then this paper proposes some suggestion of the highway project bid management system reform. Through analyzing the two kinds of modes of highway project bid management system of our country at present: the government supervises mode and the market management mode, proposes setting up new mode of highway project bid management that rely mainly on the market surveillance and set the government surveillance as guidance, and put forward some feasible measure and suggestion on enhancement of management.
