On the other side, the literature did by domestic scholar very finite, and exist much debate. So it worth us does more research in this issue. Basing on the summing up the experiences of other countries, the paper analyzes the status of the intendance system of Government Procurement in our country and points out the deficiencies. At last, the author advances the countermeasures and suggestions to construct and consummate the intendance system of Government Procurement of our country, from the aspect of legislation, outside and inside intendance and so on.
