With the Information Age coming, More and more people and companies come into contact with the internet and Electronic Business and the production of e-time-E-banking emerge in the traditional bank. Because the business of bank deals with the exchanging of some important and secret information among person, companies and banks and the business of E-banking is operated in the open and the shared internet web, One question is faced to man which should send the information and exchanging safely in E-banking. To this question, This thesis mainly study low to deal with the safely of the service of the finance companies' E-banking which cooperate with the traditional banks. This paper begin to the necessity of the safety of the E-banking business opened by finance companies which is divided into two sections; one is how to safely deal with the information transmission when open the business, another is the program how to safely solve the web platform which operate this business. Based on this, we study the program especially, which is constructed on the specific environment then web and service business of the items to realize the safety of the whole E-banking system. In the light of the example of the safe system of E-banking of Jingling Motors Group Finance CO.,LTD, this paper present an available protocol for the safe system of the company's E-banking by the methods of the standardize and positive studying. Thus this paper provide not only the basis of safe operation ability for development but also the protocol of the protocol for realization the companies' business in the E-banking. It has an important reference case for studying the question of the safe operation for the development of the E-bankings' business for finance companies further.
