This text draws lessons from organizing theory and knowledge management theory ,etc. uses the analytical method. Take Laigang as an example , it analyses the validity question of organizing the studing organization in depth. At present, various kinds of organizations in our country generally have problem of poor culture , limited reason stressing and weak independent innovation ability.In order to improve comprehensive competitive power , establish in an unassailable position and realize organizing sustainable development, we must accelerate establishing studying organization. Studying organization is a system which can meet environment change , set up the mechanism of studying by itself ,divide the work and work in coordination , combine the knowledge resource by itself , carry on the knowledge innovation, improve and evolve itself, promote the key competitiveness constantly and realize sustainable development. The studing organization has such characteristics as coordinating , sustainable development ,etc. We should put effort on organizing the studing oganization from three aspects. Firstly ,choose the correct model, for instance Peter's holy lucky model ,etc. Secondly , make and establish the evaluation index system of organizing scientifically and appraise the performance in time. Thirdly, have the scientific establishing activity. We should strengthen the leadership , set up long result mechanism , increase input scientifically, catch key step and link and receive the actual effect . Laigang is the model ienterprise in establishing the studing organization in our country ,it worths various kinds of organizations' studying and using for reference. In the future ,we must strengthen the relation between the studing and innovation, tne establishment of studying route and mode and the analysis of cost and benefit .
