Now much attention are being paid to the Post-Merger Integration as more andmore Chinese enterprises make cross-border M&A transactions. Integration is a keyfactor affecting the results of M&A. This thesis first defines Post-Merger Integration,analyses its importance and the causes leading to failure of integration. On the basisof former research conclusions, it picks out three factors——strategy, culture and HR——which commonly play a key role in the integration process for Chineseenterprises' cross-border M&A transactions. Then through some case analysis, itstudies strategic integration, cross-culture integration and HR integration. As aconclusion, the thesis provides some common suggestions for Chinese enterprises tosuccessful cross-border M&A integration. |
