| The standard and management system of company'svalue appraisement have been widely admitted overseas.However, conception and method of company's valuemodel and capital cost are not widely applied because ofinefficiency in china's capital market. These model andmethod have a referential meaning in aspects of improvingthe outstanding achievements appraisement and businessmanagement of listed firms. It also helps to further realizethe driving forces of creating company's value in practice.DCF model is a mainstream company's value model that isextensively recognized and accepted by western countries.How to use this model is mainly discussed in this thesis.PetroChina applies the DCF model for its value creationmanagement.
